On the 7^th-9^th of October the Master student of SSU Medical Institute Kateryna Diedkova took part in the International Scientific Conference for Students and Young Doctors – Pleven (Bulgaria). The report called ‘Impact of different chitosan-based materials on blood cells’ coagulation’ was recognized as the best in the Fundamental Medicine Section.

On the 15^th-17^th of October, Sumy State University brought together scientists, industrialists and students at the XVI International scientific and technical conference called ‘Industrial hydraulics and pneumatics’. The event took place at the Department of Applied Hydro- and Aeromechanics in SSU.

The research on the development trends of technology transfer institution of higher education on the example of the equipment for granulation developed at SSU was given a grant by the results of the Research analytics championship. Among the experts were the leading scientists from Argentina, Brazil, Finland, Israel, the USA, China, Sweden, Canada, Kazakhstan and other countries.

SSU representatives took part in the final meeting of the INURE project of the EU Tempus Programme. The event was held on October 9 with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the National Erasmus+ Office, bringing together the representatives of universities of Kyiv, Odesa, Dnipropetrovsk, Khmelnitskyi, Lutsk, Poltava and Sumy.
