Education Documents:

• document on higher education (diploma);
• diploma supplement.

Issuance of duplicate documents on higher education:

Duplicates of the Diploma and Diploma Supplement are made in case:

• loss, destruction, etc. of the document;
• damage to the document, which led to a violation of the information integrity;
• inability to establish additional information about the primary document on higher education, which is necessary for its preparation for international circulation, apostille, and/or legalization, due to the loss, destruction, or unavailability of archives;
• the presence of errors in the document;
• non-compliance of the document with the sample established on the date of its issuance;
• failure of the person to receive the document within one year from the date of issue specified in the document, etc.

Duplicates of the Diploma and Diploma Supplement are issued in the form valid at the time of their production.
