Education in the USA for SSU students

On October 7 a seminar “Research opportunities in the U.S.” was held at SSU. The Director of the “Kharkiv Osvita” Educational Advising Center (Education USA Advising Center) Natalya Bulgakova held the meeting with graduate students, teachers, and scientists.

The guest spoke briefly about the grant programmes of short- and long-term trainings administrated in Ukraine (in particular the Fulbright Program). She told about research opportunities, financial aid for training or research, filling the application form, peculiarities of the Visiting Scholars programme.

“Kharkiv Osvita” has been cooperating with SSU for about 10 years. Such meetings in SSU, as today, are visited by interested and motivated people. The University has a well-organized dissemination scheme, thus information comes to those to whom it is really interesting”-said the director of the center “Osvita”.

“Sumy State University develops dynamically. SSU provides a wide range of services to students, graduates, teachers and staff in the field of academic mobility. In the International Affairs Department you can get the information about the grant programmes, organizational support, consultations on the registration, applications and documents, motivational letters, translation services”, - added Natalya Bulgakova.
