Konotop Institute of Sumy State University (KI SSU) was established on June 8th, 2001 as the structural subdivision of Sumy State University (SSU). The Institute's structure includes SSU training and consulting centers in Konotop and Konotop Polytechnic School.
Enthusiasm and persistence of the numerous institutions of town and the city council made its contribution into the educational sphere of the Institute.
Konotop Institute of Sumy State University is a separated structural subdivision of Sumy State University. About 3,000 students study at the faculties of the Institute on the full-time and extramural basis.

5. Phase composition, electrical and magnetoresistive properties of film materials with spin-dependent dispersion of electrons.
International Activity
The Institute cooperates with the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz (Germany), the University of Lorraine (Nancy, France) and participates in academic exchange programmes.
