SSU becomes a member of the prestigious International Association that evaluates the quality of higher education

Sumy State University becomes a member of the International Association  “IREG Observatory on Academic Ranking and Excellence” which is headquartered in Brussel. The majority of its members voted for SSU.

The Association includes leading world universities and top universities of Europe, international and national agencies specializing in the quality questions of higher education, international rating agencies and other organizations that conduct research and analytical work concerning the quality of higher education.All the members listed above are directly involved in the process of the university’s activity evaluation.

According to Olesia Lynovytska, Sumy State University is one of the best classical universities of Ukraine. She is sure, that being the rightful member of the Association SSU will make a great contribution to the development and improvement of the education quality standards. Olesia Lynovytska is the representative of Ukraine in the Association Executive Committee, the Head of the Center of international projects “Euroosvita”, which is responsible for the National University Rankings Top-200 Ukraine.

The access to existing achievements of world key experts working on the quality evaluation of higher education institutions and joining to the development and implementation of the new quality standards in higher education – those are exactly the things that Sumy State University expects to get for being a member of IREG.
