Sumy State University student majored in “Jurisprudence” Bohdan Yadov won bronze at the Judo European Championship. The sports competition among juniors took place on June 25‑26 in Prague (the Czech Republic).
The master of sports participated in the weight category up to 66 kg. On the way to his cherished bronze Bohdan triumphed Norin Tatarescu from Moldova and Daniel Fulop from Hungary.
In the quarterfinal our student was defeated by Spaniard Alberto Martin; after that he won Yerlan Serikzhanov from Kazakhstan, as well as the compatriot Karo Maradyan in the so‑called consolidation round.
