QS World University Rankings 2015/16: SSU in TOP 4 Ukrainian universities

It is the second year in a row that Sumy State University has got into 3% of the best universities in the world, getting the fourth place among Ukrainian universities and confirming its position in the QS ranking despite some drastic changes in the ranking methodology and extension of universities.

According to one of the most prestigious world rankings Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”, Sumy State University, National Technical University, Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute and Donetsk National University are considered to be Top Universities of Ukraine.

For the reference. The QS World University Rankings® have been compiled annually since 2004. In accordance with the ranking methodology the half of the score is based on the global surveys of 120 000 international experts and employers. The remaining scores are based on “hard” data in the field of research, teaching and internationalization.
