Kick-off meeting within the project “Qualifications recognition support for Ukrainian universities (QuaRSU)” of the EU Erasmus+ programme took place in Poland

On February 17^th-19^th 2020 the first coordination meeting within the project «QuaRSU: Qualifications recognition support for Ukrainian universities» of EU Erasmus+ programme of the direction “Capacity building of higher education” took place at SGH Warsaw School of Economics (Poland) with participation of the workgroup representatives from SumDU.

The first day of the meeting was dedicated to introduction of the project partners from Poland, Ireland, Portugal, Estonia and Ukraine who presented their HEIs and organizations. Also, the project coordinator professor Marek Frankowicz (Jagiellonian University, Poland) emphasized on the key tasks of the first year of the project implementation.

The training on the issues of qualifications recognition conducted by the representatives of Poland, Estonia and Portugal took place on the second day of the meeting.

The project participants discussed the key tasks and approved the schedule for top top-priority activities of the first year of the project implementation on the third day of the meeting.

It is worth noting that QuaRSU is a project of the structural reforms in the system of higher education of Ukraine and foresees the national level of implementation of its results. The project realization is planned for 2020-2022. More information on the project is here.
