SSU Continues to introduce the New Education Quality Standards

The representatives of Sumy State University Iryna Serebrianska and Artem Artiukhov participated in the All-Ukrainian round table concerning "Innovative University and Leadership: Prospects of Development." The event took place on July 29-31 on the basis of Odessa State Environmental University in the frameworks of the international project "Innovative University and Leadership."

In accordance with the project SSU representatives developed their original micro-project "Creation of the Monitor System for the Quality of Academic Activity of the University" (the author - Iryna Serebrianska, the Head of the Bureau of Education Quality Assurance and Quality Assurance in Higher Education) and "Technology Transfer from Science to Production" (the author - Artem Artyukhov, the Head of SSU Center for Scientific and Technical Information).

During the meeting the work of SSU representatives has been approved by such project's coordinators as the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, as well as the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Poland. The main objectives of those micro-projects successfully implements in the University. The heads of the structural subdivisions, as well as the academic teaching staff of SSU actively involved to this process.

The sitters of the round table learned about the grant proposals, exchanged their experiences on implementation of micro-projects, discussed the possibility of launching the new projects, in particular devoted to the problem of academic integrity. Following the results of the round table Iryna Serebrianska and Artem Artyukhov were invited to participate in further projects on implementation of the new Law "About the Higher Education in Ukraine."
