Short description of the project:

The mission of the project – considering EU experience to extend knowledge about EU values, ethics, principles for creating and run business among students who are the basis of future country’s development. Ukraine has actively started the processes of EU integration in 2014 and in 2020 the first results have already been noticeable. Considerable amounts of new opportunities have been already opened to Ukraine in different spheres: trade, education, business, etc. The business sector is one of the core elements of EU economic development. In the EU 99% of business is represented by small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and the huge share of GDP generates by SMEs. EU policy to develop a friendly business environment with internal ethics and values allows creating a powerful business sector. In this case, for Ukrainians, it is very important to understand how to use the windows which opened for SMEs within EU integration.

Different educational activities and teaching methods such as lectures, workshops, successful storytelling, brainstorming will be performed. Such activities and methods will give an opportunity to develop creative and critical thinking, collaboration, and communication skills among the students.  It gives an opportunity to enlarge cooperation and collaboration between real business, academics, and students during the life of the EU4SMEs Module. The participation of business representatives provides an opportunity to enhance inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.
