The catering complex accepts orders for culinary, flour, and confectionery products with address delivery.

- cafeterias in academic buildings,

- dormitory cafe № 2-A (10 Yakira Str.) - 40 seats,
- cafe of the dormitory-hotel (38/2 Prokofieva Str.) - 34 seats,
- coffee club of the scientific library (9/1 Pokrovska Str.) - 35 seats,
- cafeterias in the academic buildings.
The catering complex is serviced by 82 employees, the SumDU Catering Council is constantly operating.
The university canteen is open daily (except weekends) from 9 AM to 3 PM. The cafeteria and canteen in the Central building of SumDU are open every Saturday. From September 1, 2015, the New building has a cafeteria with hot meals and a canteen. The students, teachers, and staff of the university are offered a menu with a wide assortment: first dishes, side dishes, meat and fish dishes, salads, juices, tea, coffee, delicious pastries, and sweet desserts. The average cost of lunch is UAH 30-35. The students are offered a set lunch of an average cost of UAH 25-30 - it can be ordered upon presentation of a student ticket.
