The EU project “Integrated University management system: EU experience on NIS countries’ ground” of Tempus Programme

Specific objectives of the project:

  • further development of integrated management information systems of universities in Eastern European countries;
  • study and usage of the experience of the EU in the way of development and effective use of integrated information management systems;
  • design and implementation of a new model for university management in Partner Universities by analyzing information flows.

The aim of the project is to develop and implement integrated management information systems at universities of Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, and Georgia, based on the European experience and the experience of other Partner Universities. Systems should be adapted to the conditions of individual Partner Countries. The project involves the integration of new software for university management in existing Partner Universities’ management system based on the analysis of information flows.

The objectives will be met through forming a new style of managerial information flows, elaborating necessary software, and creating the infrastructure.

Project results:

  • The concept of university information management.
  • Training in the EU for young teachers and researchers of Partner Countries.
  • Innovative and educational centers in Partner Universities.
  • Courses on modern methods of information management in Partner Universities.
