Documentation Management and International Protocol Unit of the International Affairs Department provides:

• Execution of international agreements, registration, and monitoring of their realization;
• Execution of business trips abroad; organizational, general and representative functions during the reception of foreign specialist and official delegations;
• Official correspondence with foreign partners and representatives of foreign countries; providing the structural units of University with appropriate help;
• Generalization and reporting on the results of International activity of Sumy State University;
• Certification of documents translation concerning the international activity of the University;
• Creation, edition, and design of the universitywide presentation products for the international audience, and for the international activity.
